A well experienced civil engineer with deep knowledge in construction codes of national housing, local and international real estate development and investments in real estates projects. Contributing 34 plus years of experience in real estate building and developments and managing of real estate properties and projects.

He started his carrier in 1984 as an evaluation engineer at the department of building permit in the Kuwait Municipality. Later he was promoted to the position as the project manager of Kuwait Municipality and played crucial roles in the Kuwait Municipality Projects.

He join with Awqaf Public Authority in 2002 as General Manager of Property Investment Department. He has made many real estate developments during his period of tenure and gain vast experience in real estate property development. He is still the advisor of Awqaf Public Authority

He join with Smart City Company for General Trading and Contracting in 2016 as Vice Chairman. He brought a handful of experience in the field of real estate property development and management. He has earned his bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Kuwait University
